Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at .
Delays
While we do everything we can to ship on time, please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, email us at as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please reach out to within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and any photos (if damaged), and we'll make it right.
